Joe March has been practicing yoga for over 7 years. He started practicing yoga as a low impact form of exercise but stayed with the practice for the improved mind/body benefits it brought to his life off the mat. His favorite class is what he started with, hot power flow. He also loves and appreciates the balance brought by including yin as part of his practice. Joe’s goal as a teacher is to help make yoga accessible for people of all ages and abilities and to share with students the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
